Ambassador Andreina Marsella today presented her Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, at Riga Castle, the seat of the Presidency of the Republic.
The President thanked Italy for its important contribution to the security of Latvia and the Baltic region within the framework of NATO.
The talks also covered the development of bilateral relations in the economic, commercial and cultural spheres.
