The official catalog for the exhibition “The Light of Italy: from Fattori to Morandi” was presented at the Latvian National Museum of Art. This initiative was promoted and supported by the Embassy of Italy in Riga, in collaboration with the Uffizi Galleries and the Nuova Artemarea association. The volume documents the exhibition held between July and November 2025 and features prestigious scientific contributions from experts such as Guicciardo Sassoli de’ Bianchi Strozzi, Astrida Rogule, and Elena Marconi.
Published in three languages (Italian, Latvian, and English), the catalog serves not only as a guide to the artworks but also as an in-depth analytical study of the aesthetic and historical ties between the two countries.
