Services for Foreign Nationals
Embassies and Consulates also provide services for foreign nationals.
These include issuing entry visas for Italy and the Schengen area, issuing administrative documents such as document legalizations, certificates of existence (proof of life), and certification of the accuracy of translated documents. Furthermore, in cases provided for by current legislation, Embassies and Consulates forward documents and records to the Italian authorities.
